For 100 years, JLT has been promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving the Tacoma-Pierce County community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Did you know that Martha Stewart was a keynote speaker at our Decorators' Showhouse and Garden Tour in 1997? A total of $118,000 was raised for League programs during the three-week event and $15,000 in Showhouse funds benefited the Swan Creek Library Computer Center.
